Shipping costs and delivery is for UK mainland only. Some of our items are sent to you directly from our manufacturers, not by our own courier.
Smaller items are delivered within 8 working days. Larger items are delivered within 14 (during covid restrictions this may take longer)working days unless stated. For larger items, the manufacturer’s delivery team may contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery.
When your item arrives please check it carefully, as once signed for we cannot replace it unless faulty. If you are not satisfied with the condition on arrival, please contact us immediately via our contact form on our website.
If you decide that you wish to return your order then you have 14 days in which to do so (small items only not drop ship direct items).
For small items please contact us to let us know. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that Large Drop ship / Direct from manufacturer items can only be returned if faulty, and MUST be inspected upon receipt from driver.
Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported to the driver upon receiving the delivery. If the item is damaged, you will need to send us a picture of the damaged or faulty item in the first instance. We will then inspect the item and if our inspection confirms the damage / fault, we will refund your return cost (please note we will only refund the collection cost we would charge) and issue a replacement (if in-stock) or a refund as appropriate. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect or is not fit for purpose, we will offer you a replacement, a repair or a refund.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged for something that was the result of normal wear and tear. Please make sure to read all care instructions on the product page and any disclaimer on product variation due to their organic nature. If an item is not cared for as per our guidelines and recommendations, and the product has been damaged because of this, we cannot be responsible and we will not be able to issue a replacement or a refund.
Please repack your item with care using all the original packaging or a suitable alternative as the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We will notify you of your refund or replacement via email. We try to process returns as soon as possible once they have reached our warehouse. However, returns can take up to 21 days to be processed, especially during busy periods.
We will refund any money owed to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase and will send email confirmation once done.
